At least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellation is required.
At least 24 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment and transfer your deposit.
Failure to cancel or reschedule in at the appropriate time, will result in loss of deposit and a charge of 50% of your total service. You will be required to schedule a new appointment and pay another deposit.
Please let us know if you are running late. We understand that things happen, and allow a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $10 fee will be added to your appointment. After 20 minutes, your appointmentmay be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the cost of your service (case by case basis).
No call/No Show will result in 100% of the appointment/service being charged and
NO additional appointments may be scheduled.
